Kaycee revealed that she tested positive for COVID-19 again, and Kenny had it as well. Therefore, they couldn't film The Challenge. According to EW, Kaycee stated, "Apparently me and my brother had it. It was traveling, going to Argentina [to film this season], we ended up getting COVID and getting sick." Luckily, she felt no symptoms, but she did find the news shocking. Despite the issue, it didn't seem like viewers had seen the last of Kaycee and her brother this season, and the duo returned to the competition after the first week. Despite the concerns about COVID-19, throughout The Challenge season 38, no other pairs had to be medically disqualified.

How Did Kaycee & Kenny Do On The Challenge: Ride Or Dies

When the season trailer dropped after episode one aired, Kaycee was shown. This proved that she and her brother would return to The Challenge to try and win the money. The two ultimately reed the competition, and viewers weren't surprised. Though the pair played hard, Kenny was eliminated early on. However, thanks to the redemption twist, the siblings got a final chance to continue the game together. Kaycee and Kenny lost in a tight race against Jordan Wiseley and Aneesa Ferreira, and the two left the game together.

With The Challenge 38 complete, there is hope that Kaycee and Kenny will return for future seasons. The competitors got to choose their partners going into the game on The Challenge: Ride or Dies, which was a first for the MTV series. Still, the show always brings its fair share of highs and lows, and this season has been no different. With a share of $1 million up for grabs, competitors have stopped at nothing to try to reach the final. Hopefully, Kaycee and Kenny will return one day.
