Tough As Nails, was noticeably missing from the cast lineup. Now, many viewers are wondering why that CBS show wasn't included, and if TAN celebs will ever appear in future Challenge installments.

Tough As Nails premiered on CBS during the summer of 2020, with Phil Keoghan hosting. The series proved to be a major success, and has gone on to air three seasons, with two more being picked up for the network to film. However, no competitors were featured on The Challenge: USA, and now, Phil is explaining why that decision was made.

However, just because Tough As Nails wasn't included, doesn't mean that its stars will never get the opportunity to compete on The Challenge. Phil stated that he would love to see the crossover happen eventually, and believes that the Tough As Nails competitors would do very well on the show. He also went on to reveal that the season 5 cast is probably the toughest that the show has seen yet. The Challenge is known to be very hard on competitors, so, here's hoping that viewers see Tough As Nails celebs on The Challenge in the future.

The Challenge USA is halfway through the season, and with money on the line, anything can happen. Everyone is hoping to make host TJ Lavin's final, for a chance at the $500,000 prize. The final is known to be the most punishing part of the show, and viewers are excited to see what this dénoument has in store for them. For now, viewers will have to tune into the remainder of the season to see who qualifies for the final. Drama is bound to happen in the house, and the onscreen action is not something that viewers are going to want to miss.
