Many of the achievements or trophies you can unlock in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt are kept secret from you in the game's different menus. There are no hints or clues that tell you what extra goals Geralt can accomplish to complete additional parts of this expansive action-adventure title. With multiple endings and added DLC, it is almost impossible to know every hidden milestone as you continue your adventure.

Even if you make Geralt ridiculously strong in The Witcher 3, many of the quests you embark upon have multiple outcomes based on smaller decisions you make. The multiple choices from various missions usually have secret achievements tied to them, making them easy to miss. Although some trophies depend on the skills you learn, many are locked behind separate possibilities determined by your actions.

The achievements and trophies kept secret in the game are not available for you to unlock on the Nintendo Switch version of the game.
