John Cena opened WWE Raw yet again this week by airing his grievances against the how last week's promo in Brussels went viral, Cena said he'll explain how he'll make the fans pay for 25 years of abuse.

The 16-time world champion claimed he spent the past two decades studying the fans, closely examining what reactions he could generate. He then unveiled his ultimate plan to "ruin" wrestling by winning the main event of WrestleMania 41.

Cena took the fans back to April 2005 when, after defeating JBL to win the WWE Championship for the first time in his career at WrestleMania 21, he unveiled a new design for the WWE title now known as "The Spinner Belt." The design fit in perfectly with Cena's "Doctor of Thuganomics" gimmick, but it was criticized immediately for taking WWE's top prize and giving it a toy-like design.
