animated Spider-Man series was released on Disney + on January 29, 2025.
Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man features a cavalcade of characters from Marvel Comics. These will include such Marvel mainstays as Iron Man and Doctor Strange, in addition to some lesser-known characters, including Tarantula, Speed Demon, Wizard, and Daredevil. While these are exciting characters to have roles in the series, there is a lot to like about the main cast and ing characters in Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man.
Hudson Thames As Peter Parker
Born March 19, 1994
Active Since: 2006
Actor: This will be the third time that Thames has voiced a Spider-Man variant, as he first took on the role of Peter Parker in the What If...? season 1 episode "What If...Zombies?!". He also voices Spider-Man in Disney's Wish cruise ship experience, Avengers: Quantum Encounter. Outside of Marvel, Thames is best known for his live-action roles in I Think You Should Leave and Mad Men, as Caleb and Mitchell Rosen, respectively.

Character: Peter Parker is a 15-year-old freshman in this take on the character, and becomes Spider-Man after being bitten by a spider. Colman Domingo As Norman Osborn

Active Since: 1995
Actor: Colman Domingo's most prominent role today is as Fear The Walking Dead's Victor Strand, a character he has embodied for over 100 episodes. Character: This universe's version of Osborn assumes the role of mentor to Peter Parker, similar to Tony Stark in the live-action MCU. Nonetheless, given Osborn's typically villainous role, his darker side begins to show as the series progresses, despite initially being Peter's "guy in the chair."

Active Since: 2002
Actor: Kari Wahlgren has had a long and successful career as a voice actress, appearing in a variety of movies, shows and video games. Character: Like every version of Aunt May, she is a widow after losing Uncle Ben, and Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man's take on the character is a bit on the younger side, much like the MCU's version. She currently does not know that Peter is operating as Spider-Man.
Grace Song As Nico Minoru
Born March 30, 2001
Active Since: 2003
Actor: Getting her first role in Little Bill in 2003, Grace Song returned to acting in the mid-2010s and has been in a variety of shows and movies, including High Maintenance, Kidding, Straight Up, and Adam Ruins Everything. Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man's ing Cast & Characters
Cathy Ang as Pearl Pangan: While she might not be a main character, Pearl Pangan plays a significant role as Peter's classmate and his childhood crush. She is initially dating Lonnie Lincoln but breaks things off after he gets involved with the 110th Street Gang, opening up a possible romantic interest for Peter.
Anjali Kunapaneni as Jeanne Foucault / Finesse: Oscorp is featured frequently in Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man and there are a number of interns working there, including Jeanne Foucault. By the end of the series, it is revealed that she is Finesse, a partner of Daredevil who helped him infiltrate Oscorp.
Erica Luttrell as Asha: She is another intern at Oscorp and is from Wakanda, which could possibly connect her to this universe's variant of Black Panther somewhere down the line. Alongside playing Asha, Erica Lutrell also voices Emma and Mrs. Lincoln in the series.
Aleks Le as Amadeus Cho: He is another intern working at Oscorp, and although he doesn't seem to have a significant role in the series yet, his comic book counterpoint succeeds Bruce Banner as the Hulk.
Zehra Fazal as Carla Connors: She is an Oscorp scientist that works directly with Peter Parker during his internship at the company. She is another take of Doctor Curtis Connors, also known as the Lizard, a significant Spider-Man villain.
Paul F. Tompkins as Bentley Wittman: He is another scientist who works at Oscorp and could possibly have a significant role in the series, given that he is known as Wizard in the comics, a supervillain.
Leilani Barret as Big Donovan: He is the leader of the 110th Street Gang and is currently forcing Lonnie Lincoln to work for him within his crew, strong-arming him with threats of violence. With Lonnie's story being significant, Big Donovan plays a significant role in developing his character.
Hugh Dancy as Doctor Octopus: While not quite stepping into the role of supervillain yet, Doctor Octopus is secretly supplying criminals in New York City with high-tech weapons, hoping to make a name for himself alongside Tony Stark and Norman Osborn. The end of the season hints at him fully becoming Doc Ock.
Charlie Cox as Daredevil: Charlie Cox once again returns to play Daredevil, setting the stage for his leading role in Daredevil: Born Again, with an intriguing possible storyline for him in Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man. In the series, Spider-Man attempts to stop Daredevil who is investigating Norman Osborn.
Jonathan Medina as Mac Gargan / Scorpion: The 110th Street Gang finally came across Mac Gargan after becoming Scorpion, leading to one of the best fight scenes in the entire series as he squares off against Spider-Man. Scorpion looks to be an important character as the series heads towards the finish line.
Travis Willingham as Thaddeus Ross: Secretary Ross appeared in the latest batch of Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man episodes, attempting to strike a deal with Norman Osborn regarding Spider-Man and the Sokovia Accords. He is also responsible for helping to capture Doctor Otto Octavius.
Robin Atkins Downes as Doctor Strange: The character initially appeared at the beginning of the show, fighting a Venom-like creature where he opened a portal that allowed the spider that bit Peter Parker to come from. He returns at the end of the season, which brings his initial appearance full circle through his use of the time stone, opening up a paradoxical time loop that resulted in Peter becoming Spider-Man due to him already being Spider-Man.
Josh Keaton as Richard Parker: Perhaps one of the biggest reveals at the end of Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man season 1, is that Peter's father, Richard Parker, is actually alive and is in prison. While not much else is known about the character, it has big implications for the series going forward.
