I feared that this episode is going to be filled with fillers like earlier episodes with how slow paced the beginning is. Fortunately it is not. It portrays the scale of Lumon in that world, how it affects people's lives deeply. It reveals that Lumon employed child labor, and implies the children bore through it using drugs.
